How long will it take to complete the program?
The program can be completed in approximately 1.5 years
What will I learn in the program?
Graduates of the EMBA/MGM Program will acquire the following knowledge and skills necessary for any executive in today’s global business environment:
- Ensuring long-term success of their organizations through effective strategy formulation and implementation
- Developing marketing plans and strategies
- Using various financial models for managing and controling performance
- Streamlining global supply chains
- Using effective decision making procedures
- Using appropriate leadership style and building effective teams
- Using appropriate communication and negotiation skills in multicultural environment
- Understanding of international business and international entrepreneurship
All these fundamental managerial skills will be taught with an international perspective in mind.
Who will teach me?
Six of the program’s courses will be taught by Tulane’s faculty and the rest will be taught by ADU’s Faculty Fellows - world-renowned educators from top business schools in the US and Europe.

How much is the tuition?
The tuition is currently set at AED 147,000 for the whole program, paid in four installments of AED 36,750

What are the admission requirements?
The minimum admission requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 2.5. An applicant must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) from an accredited university recognized by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.50 on a 4.00 point scale (or equivalent) is required.
- English proficiency. An applicant must demonstrate English proficiency via one of the following:
- 79 score in Internet-based TOEFL
- 550 score in paper-based TOEFL (taken at ADU only)
- 6.0 score in Academic IELTS
The scores listed above cannot be more than 2 years old by the date of application.
The English proficiency requirement can be waived if one of the two conditions below applies:
Condition 1: (a) An applicant is a native speaker of English and (b) have completed his or her undergraduate or postgraduate education in an institution with English as the medium of instruction (c) in a country where English is the official language.
Condition 2: (a) An applicant has a degree from an institution with English as the medium of instruction and (b) can provide evidence that TOEFL score of 500 (or equivalent score on a standardized test of English approved by the Ministry) was obtained by the applicant at the time of admission to his or her undergraduate program - Five years of work experience. An applicant must have a minimum of five years of work experience in intermediate or upper-management role after graduating from his or her bachelor’s program
- Interview. An applicant must pass a personal interview with the EMBA Admissions Committee at the College of Business
Please note that meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission to the program.
What are the required documents?
The following documents are required for admission:
- Completed EMBA Application Form with a non-refundable application fee
- Copy of a valid passport
- Copy of UAE residency visa (if applicable)
- Copy of Emirates ID (UAE residents only)
- Certified copy of the bachelor’s degree certificate (original must be presented before admission is granted)
- Official Bachelor’s degree transcript
- Six (6) passport-size photographs
- Official copy of a valid TOEFL or IELTS scores report
- Recent CV
- Reference letter(s) from employer(s) for which an applicant worked within the last 5 years
- Medical examination clearance form (provided by Admission Office)
- Equivalency Letter from the Ministry of Higher Education for degrees from outside of the UAE

Each course is offered and assessed within a month. Each course requires only 5 consecutive days of intensive classroom sessions. Two of the courses must be taken from one of Tulane’s global campuses conveniently located in all major regions of the world.
