Dr. Anne van Ewijk joined Abu Dhabi University in 2015. She has two master's degrees from Radboud University and Twente University in the Netherlands and earned her PhD from Pompeu Fabra University in Spain. With seven years of international industry experience as a management consultant on cultural change, leadership, and diversity in the health insurance sector, banks, and higher educational institutions, she challenges students with experiential learning activities at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Dr. van Ewijk's expertise includes entrepreneurship education, gender, strategic diversity policy, motivation, employee creative behavior, and leadership. She served as Chief Editor of the Journal of Entrepreneurship Education from 2016 – 2017 and is a certified trainer and coach with Human Synergistics and MBTI and a certified Innovation and Entrepreneurship instructor through Stanford University and the Prime Minister's Office. She is also an appointed member of the UAE Ministry of Education's Innovation and Entrepreneurship Expert Committee.
