The College of Law provides specialized, internationally competitive, advanced legal education. The programs, taught in the Arabic language, utilize innovative teaching and a forward-thinking approach at the forefront of legal education.
We are the only College of Law in the UAE to collaborate professionally with the Ministry of Justice. In addition, we have professional collaborations with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, Public Prosecution Department and Dubai Attorneys & Consultants Association.
A Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE’s Ministry of Justice oversees a variety of collaborative activities. Our faculty write, administer and mark the entrance examination for their Judiciary Institute and the Ministry provides internship opportunities for our students.
You will have the opportunity to attend a regular series of workshops with industry experts covering contemporary topics such as criminal investigations, forensic medicine and women’s rights.
In order to further enhance your experience and provide a contemporary learning environment, we are in the process of introducing a range of initiatives including a Moot Court, a Centre for Legal Services and an Arbitration Training Centre.
We are further developing our program offering with the aim of becoming the leading legal education institution in the UAE. Brand new innovations coming soon include a PG Diploma in Comparative Law, run in collaboration with the Paris-Sorbonne Abu Dhabi. We are working on other international academic partnerships with Université Grenoble Alpes, France, Queen Mary University, London and Brunel University, UK, which will further strengthen our programs.
Our flexible program timings will ensure you find a schedule that works for you. Our postgraduate programs provide the option of six different admission points throughout the year. This gives you a flexibility unparalleled in any other institution in the region.
