Prof. Haleama Al Sabbah is a Professor and Senior Public Health Nutrition Specialist at the Public Health Department, College of Health Sciences, Abu Dhabi University, UAE. She completed her Ph.D. in Public Health Nutrition. Dr. Al Sabbah is the principal investigator and leader for several research grants, has published numerous number of articles in scientific peer-reviewed journals, and serves as a guest editor (e.g. Frontier in Nutrition) and review editor (e.g. Frontier in Public Health), an editorial board member and reviewer for several well-known reputed peer-reviewed journals.
