Editor of Webometrics,Head of Cybermetric Lab – Scimago Group (Spain). He studied zoology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and Information science at Charles III University of Madrid. He worked on preparation of the EU 5th Framework Program. He was Visiting Fellow to the University of New South Wales in Sydney.
