Claudia Pinto is a distinguished global leader in philanthropy, sustainability, and women’s empowerment, serving as a United Nations board member and a strategic advisor to governments and private sectors alike. She is the Founder and CEO of The Empowering Women and Empowering Women Middle East and currently serves as the Head of Philanthropy and Sustainability Advisor to H.H. Sheikh Marwan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Her work bridges high-impact philanthropy, ESG-integrated investment, and public-private collaboration to accelerate sustainable transformation across emerging economies. Claudia leads global programs aligned with the UN SDGs, including the Mission for Sustainability KPI training initiative and the Women in Mission platform, launched under royal patronage to advance Dubai’s Sustainable City 2030 and 2033 visions.

Claudia champions women entrepreneurs, regenerative innovation, and social enterprise. She also serves as the Global Lead of the Sunshine Gender Humanitarian and Human Rights Initiative, fostering cross-cultural diplomacy, gender equity, and human rights advocacy on a global scale.
