Liu Zhenying, a Ph.D.in Engineering from Tsinghua University, Researcher, Chairman of the BRICS Business Council Skill Development, Applied Technology and Innovation Working Group, Chairman of the BRICS Standardization Working Committee for Skills and Technology, Chairman of the International Alliance of Skills Development for Belt & Road and BRICS, Chairman of the BRICS+ Alliance of Science and Technology Innovation, President of Belt & Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Training Center of the China Association for Science and Technology, President of BRICS Academy of Skills Development and Technology Innovation (Xiamen), he has long been committed to the Belt & Road and BRICS Inter-BRICS Vocational Education cooperation, International integration of industry and education, scientific and technological innovation and exchange activities. Since 2017, the Belt & Road and BRICS Skills Development and Technology Innovation Competition has organized more than 580 international competitions with nearly 450,000 participants. 25 sessions of the Belt & Road and BRICS Auditorium of Skills Development and Technology Innovation have been completed with more than 30 countries and 260,000 people participated in the international training and technical exchanges. Under the BRICS+ cooperation mechanism, China and South Africa have jointly established the Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality R&D and Training Center, the China-South Africa (Intercity) Vocational Education and Teaching Research Center, and jointly established 93 international training bases for future technical skills and people-to-people exchanges, including the China-Brazil Future Technology and Skills R&D and Training Center with Brazil, implemented the "Skills Passport Program", and formulated nearly 100 international group standards for BRICS technology and skills.
