As part of our commitment to enhancing the student experience at all stages of their ADU journey, we are pleased to announce the launch of a powerful search engine - Funnelback. Driven by artificial intelligence (AI), the system is designed to work across our website, social media accounts and internal systems.
As part of our commitment to enhancing the student experience at all stages of their ADU journey, we are pleased to announce the launch of a powerful search engine - Funnelback. Driven by artificial intelligence (AI), the system is designed to work across our website, social media accounts and internal systems.
Key features of the solution include an engaging interface, the presentation of search results in a structured and easy to use format, and a dynamic autocorrect feature that will suggest results based on top-ranked pages. Powerful machine-learning algorithms will improve both the speed and accuracy of search results, meaning the user will be able to find what they are looking for first time.
Funnelback will be rolled out in three phases, with continual improvements being made to optimize performance.
Phase 1: will focus on the ADU website and social media channels.
Phase 2: will provide ADU content to students through the ‘Search ADU’ function. This will include internal policies, forms, FAQs, the Student Advisory portal and ADU Groups.
Phase 3: will expand the use to staff, with internal information and documents relating to admissions, enrolment, registration, finance and technology being searchable from one location.
