Intrapreneurship is a system that allows an employee to act like an entrepreneur within an organization, taking on innovative projects and contributing to organizational competitive advantage. Dr. van Ewijk shared the latest insights, based on research and best practice, on the essential components of individual innovative thinking, how to stimulate this mindset in employees, and what is required in an organizational context.
