Dr. Hossam Abu Elanain joined Abu Dhabi University in 2011. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Loughborough University, UK, and his research interests include human resources, organizational behavior, and leadership.
His work has been published in the International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Journal of Management Development, Cross-Cultural Management: An International Journal, Journal of Applied Management and Entrepreneurship, Management Research Review, and the International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management.
