Profile Details
Dr. Hussein Saber has been part of the leadership team in the College of Business since its inception in 2003. Before joining ADU, he was a member of faculty and Assistant Dean at Sultan Qaboos University. As Associate Dean, Dr. Saber has played a significant role in the development of the College's undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He is one of the pioneers of the assurance of learning frameworks adopted at Abu Dhabi University and a member the leadership team that secured the initial AACSB and EQUIS accreditations for the College.
His most recent research contributions focus on project management and sustainable supply chain practices in the region. He is affiliated with the Institute for Industrial Engineers (IIE), the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), and the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS). He holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Oklahoma, USA.
