Industry & Policy Advisory Board
The Industry & Policy Advisory Board is a strategic bridge between academia and the public and private sectors, ensuring that the initiatives of the AUKNCCF are aligned with regional priorities, industry needs, and emerging sustainability challenges. Comprising leaders and experts from industry, government, non-governmental organizations, and international organizations, the Board provides strategic guidance on the Network’s research agenda, capacity-building activities, and knowledge dissemination efforts.
- Provide Strategic and Technical Expertise: Support the design of strategies to achieve the networks mission and vision, while facilitating pilot projects and technology demonstrations across member universities. Offer practical insights into climate risks and environmental challenges by sharing industry best practices, benchmarking methodologies, and emerging trends.
- Facilitate Capacity Building: Building a network of industry experts and connect universities to solution providers for technology transfer, training, professional development opportunities, knowledge exchange, and workshops.
- Represent and Expand the Network: Representing the network by expanding its visibility and engagement across industry, disseminating its initiatives to relevant stakeholders, and creating opportunities to secure valuable resources, research grants, funding, industry partnerships, innovation projects, and knowledge exchange.
