Student Council Organizational Structure

Below is the governance structure followed by both Student Councils:

Structure Highlights

  • Oversee the Student Council and its bodies, act as primary liaison with the administration and external parties, and represent the student body in meetings and events.
  • Ensure Council efficiency, transparency, and productivity by managing projects, delegating tasks and overseeing successful completion of initiatives.

Assist the President in leading the Student Council, coordinate activities, and step in to represent the council or lead initiatives when the president is unavailable.

  • Work closely with the Academic Success Center.
  • Gather academic related concerns of students and discuss with the management and college deans.
  • Maintain smooth operations of the Academic Representation Program.

  • Support in promoting all aspects of student campus life activities.
  • Assist in social media coverage of events and activities.
  • Come up with ideas to highlight the efforts of the Student Council.

Identify community service opportunities, coordinate with relevant departments, track student service hours, and report completion records to Student Affairs.

Coordinate student events and club activities, ensure alignment with Student Council goals, liaise between clubs, students, and administration, and oversee successful implementation of approved initiatives.
