Submission Of Projects

Students are invited to submit their completed and finalized projects electronically using the link given under Registration section. The projects will be reviewed by a panel of judges to ensure their compliance with the competition scope and topics. The acceptance notice will be sent to the corresponding authors via email in the stated time frame. The competition's official language is English.

Competition Format

  • Students are invited to register by submitting their final projects using the downloadable template.
  • A round of evaluation takes place based on the potential of the final report.
  • Accepted projects are announced. Teams are invited to present their projects at the event.
  • The final evaluation takes place based on the presentation and winners are announced on the same day.

Required Documents

Each participant should upload a digital copy of her or his University ID when filling the application form.
