The Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is thrilled to announce that it has received a record number of submissions for the current cycle of faculty-based research funding programs.
The Office of Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is thrilled to announce that it has received a record number of submissions for the current cycle of faculty-based research funding programs. This year, the ORSP received 109 proposals in total for its four funding programs: Faculty Research Incentive, Teaching & Learning, Action Research, and Research Equipment Grant.
In recent years, Abu Dhabi University has placed a strong emphasis on research as a key objective in its strategic goals. With acquired grants, faculty members will be able to explore diverse areas of research which will strengthen their research capabilities, as well as give way to collaboration and development opportunities with national and international institutions. With the increase in faculty-based research over the years, Abu Dhabi University is steadily making its way up the university rankings.
The ORSP has started the evaluation phase of proposal submissions, with the involvement of ADU faculty as reviewers.
