Students International Day
As a part of the events strategy during the Year of Tolerance 2019, the Student Affairs Department in Al Ain held the annual Students International Day during March.
As a part of the events strategy during the Year of Tolerance 2019, the Student Affairs Department in Al Ain held the annual Students International Day during March. The event was dedicated to celebrating the diversity of the Abu Dhabi University student body by bringing together different nationalities and exploring their customs and cultures.
More than 17 nationalities presented the traditions of their home countries. The goals of the event were to enhance ties among diverse groups, promote diversity, and enhance respect for the cultural values of other nations.
The day included including food, folklore, performances, and a fashion show, in which our students proudly showcased their national dress. The event encouraged students to mix with their peers from different cultures and create friendships that will withstand the test of time.
