Community Event – Dinner/Lunch for Workers
ADU’s 6th Annual Community Event, a dinner/lunch for workers, took place over three days in the Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai campuses during April and May. The feedback on each day from students, staff, and faculty demonstrated that the event was a great success.
ADU’s 6th Annual Community Event, a dinner/lunch for workers, took place over three days in the Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai campuses during April and May. The feedback on each day from students, staff, and faculty demonstrated that the event was a great success.
The event was held for 115 workers throughout the three campuses including cleaners, drivers, and security guards. The ADU community contributed a total of AED 24,215 in cash, as well as a variety of items that were distributed in gift bags. There was also entertainment including raffles, games, and some of the workers showcased their singing and dancing talents.
The event had a very positive impact, not only on the workers but on students, faculty, and staff who enjoyed the event as one great team.
