In line with its ongoing efforts to advance education in the UAE, Abu Dhabi University (ADU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) to enhance educational development across the region. The MoU will allow ADU’s faculty and QRTA’s experts to support teaching preparation, educational planning leadership, management, and policies. ADU and QRTA will organize events and educational programs to reshape the educational landscape through fostering innovation, knowledge sharing and educational excellence.

As part of Abu Dhabi University’s (ADU) Innovate Strategy (ADUi) efforts focused on accelerating sustainable and innovative agricultural solutions, ADU inaugurated its first on-campus AirFarm, an inflatable and portable farm, in collaboration with Midbar, a smart ag-tech South Korean company and H.E. Rashed Bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri Holding company (RBK). In line with Abu Dhabi University’s (ADU) commitment to invest in scientific research opportunities that foster innovation and creative thinking among faculty and students, ADU and Dakila Research Social Sciences UAE (DRSS), a conglomerate of 19 Brazilian companies from different sectors, among them, Associação Dakila Pesquisas, whose purpose is to promote economic and social development, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to further advance students’ knowledge in research and technology.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representitive of the Ruler in Al Dhafra Region and President of the Board of Trustees of Abu Dhabi University (ADU), grants 20 scholarships to the top high school students in recognition of their outstanding academic performance. The scholarship awardees will enroll in ADU at the start of the academic year 2023 - 2024 to join any of the 50 unique programs at its Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai campuses.
